Q: The shop has had my car since Aug. 24 b/c of "hard to find and back ordered parts". Is this true?

I'm getting frustrated because it's taking so long to complete the repairs. They keep telling me "a strut is backordered"..."Mazda isn't returning our calls"..."Mazda parts are hard to find"... Is he just B.S.ing me? And in case anyone's wondering, my car is a 2006 Mazda6

A: i own a repair shop,,and there not that hard to find,i can make one phone call and have them in my shop in 2 days there may be something else gong on they haven't told you about because there not that hard to find these days,i guess id be a little mad to if i had been without my car for so long ,you need to go see them instead of calling them,id want my car fixed or id take it somewhere else to be repaired,good luck,i hope this help,s.
