Q: Hey girls..is my "private part" normal? (Girls and Women only please)?

Hey girls. Please dont be rude or mean because im scared about this and its embarrassing to ask. I am 13 and idk why but i got my first yeast infection. I went to the doctor and they gave the these thingies that im suppose to put "in there" So today was the first time i have ever touched in there and it feels weird to me. For some reason i dont think its normal. Like when i put my finger a bit inside there is like a little ball..i guess (im not sure how to explain it) and its really kinda bumpy or has this really weird texture but then when i go more in its smooth. I am scared about that little part because it feels weird. Is this normal or could there be something wrong with me!? Why does it feel so bumpy and weird. Its hard to explain..its feels kind of like skin is feeling off but like in big pieces so it feels bumpy. Sorry im not good at explaining this..hope it makes sense. Can i get help please? Im scared.
